This is a one day, all-inclusive\n even for both cyclists and volunteers.  The routes are manageable at \n19, 36, 62, or 100 miles a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your ride starts in Waterloo at the Trek Headquarters.  The \nmorning starts with a free pancake breakfast before departing and \nlooping back to Trek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along the route you are fed at every rest stop including \ncatered meals from Famous Dave&#8217;s, Cousins, and Roundy&#8217;s to name a few \ndepending on the route you take.  Upon returning you will receive lunch,\n along with complementry ice cream, micro brews, and Starbucks, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one fun ride.  Contact us or click on our team page link \nabove.
